Following a successful 24yrs in Retail working for Waitrose and the John Lewis Partnership, most recently as Head of Retail Operations, Alan took the opportunity to start a business in the Personalised Gifting Sector. Totally About You Limited was formed in August of 2018 and specialise in laser engraving services and products to both the corporate and private sector. Their range of authentic and unique products has captured the imagination of its customers through its exciting range of high quality laser engraved champagne and wine, unique wood art and stainless steel bottles as well as offering bespoke corporate requests across many product categories.

When Alan is not busy leading the Totally About You brand, he also uses his extensive retail knowledge and people management leadership skills to coach and advise likeminded business owners and leaders through his second business, Rock Retail Consultancy Limited.
