Hello, I’m Claire and I help people write their Wills, get LPAs in place or look at their wider Estate Planning needs.
No one is particularly excited about writing their Will. I get that people don’t want to talk to me - no one really wants to think about death, leaving loved ones and not knowing exactly what will happen once you are gone.
Unfortunately, death (like taxes) is an absolute certainty and it is best to be prepared, think about what you want and make your wishes clear.
I can (and I will) make the process of writing your Will as easy and straightforward as possible. Firstly, I understand how you feel. I have a family who vary in age and ability I know it is important to have plans in place, and not just for when they are gone, but also setting up Lasting Power of Attorney so their financial and medical needs can be taken care of if they are unable to make those decisions themselves.
I’m a friendly, approachable and calm sort of person, so you can be assured that a conversation with me about your Wills, LPAs, Trusts or Estate Planning will be as enjoyable as it can be.
I have over 20 years of experience working in risk management in both education and the NHS. It is not my role to decide what you need, but I can provide advice and ensure you understand the risks you face and what you can do mitigate or minimise your risk.
I offer a completely free consultation either over the phone, on Zoom or at your home – whatever is easier and more comfortable for you. We can chat about what you want to achieve and I can recommend the best course of action and of course let you know the fixed price cost of the services you require. I will keep asking questions and listening until we are both completely confident that I understand all your wishes and that we can ensure they are included and secured as far as is possible.
